These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WebPerception Internet Services' website and services operated by WebPerception Internet Services ("WebPerception", "we", "us", or "our").

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
You may cancel your service at any time. Refunds for unused service periods will be provided on a pro-rated basis, excluding any setup fees or equipment charges.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBPERCEPTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to WebPerception for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
