This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between WebPerception Internet Services ("Provider," "we," "us") and you ("Customer," "you") for the provision of wireless internet services.
This is a summary of our service agreement. For your complete service terms, please refer to the documentation provided at the time of service activation or contact our customer service team.
WebPerception provides fixed wireless internet service to residential and business customers in Northern California. Service includes:
Service plans, speeds, and pricing are as specified in your service order. Current pricing is available on our website at webperception.com/internet.
Standard installation includes mounting of outdoor equipment and indoor router setup. Customer must provide:
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this commitment, you may be eligible for service credits. Business customers may have enhanced SLA terms.
Equipment provided by WebPerception remains our property. Customer is responsible for:
Service is billed monthly in advance. Payment is due upon receipt. We accept:
Late payments may result in service interruption and late fees as specified in your service order.
Residential customers: Month-to-month service with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Business customers: Terms as specified in your business service agreement, typically 1-3 year terms with early termination fees.
Use of service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in service suspension or termination.
We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for service during the affected period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any concerns. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Marin County, California.
We may modify this agreement with 30 days notice. Continued use of service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
